Weather and tides conditions
We continually monitor the latest weather forecasts and tide conditions to help you make the most of your waterbike experience. We plan each outing around the conditions and confirm the most suitable time and location with you before your tour.
What fitness level is required?
A moderate level of fitness is required. Although this is a dry experience, you must be comfortable in the water and wearing a life jacket.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
In rare situations, depending on the weather, we may have to cancel your booking at short notice for safety reasons. In this case, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.
Where can we ride?
We cover South QLD & North NSW. Contact us with your preferred area so we can discuss a suitable location and current availability.
Can children and pets come along?
Some of our waterbikes can be fitted with an additional pad to carry bags, children and even our canine friends, provided their size is suitable for the setup. Ask us when booking. We’ll discuss your group, the waterbike setup and the conditions to help you plan an appropriate outing.
